Boston Metrowest Custom Home Remodeling Experts

A team with a love for creating spaces with functional beauty.

For over 10 years, Luis Alvarez and his wife have dedicated themselves to purchasing homes built between 1918 and 1980, renovating them room-by-room. Their goal has always been to maintain the unique character of the time period while marrying today’s modern functionality with timeless aesthetics.

What started as a one-man show, with Luis hammering every nail and grouting every shower, has evolved into a premier full-service home renovation firm. Today, Luis leads a trustworthy, small but mighty team of expert craftsmen. Leveraging his deep background in project management and hands-on trade experience, he understands firsthand the dance of maintaining superior quality while strictly meeting timing expectations for your family’s home.

How We Build Better Our Standards

Consistent strict communication, budget control and unmatched craftmanship.

Precision Project Management

This is what our clients say really sets us apart. We work closely with you to clearly outline the budget, timing, and outcome before the first hammer swings, ensuring clear expectations and a plan from the get-go.

Trusted In-House Craftsmen

Instead of relying on a revolving door of unknown subcontractors, we utilize our own vetted team of trade experts to deliver unmatched quality in a timely manner.

Your Home, Respected

Our priority is creating a space you find peace in. You’ll see the utmost care we take in protecting and maintaining your home throughout the entire project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our bathroom renovated by Luis and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Every single person involved—from the painters and plumbers to the carpenters and electricians—was professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Luis himself was incredibly responsive and patient with us, even as we made a few changes along the way. The whole process was smooth and the finished bathroom is beautiful. I highly recommend Luis and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our master bathroom full renovation was a breeze with Luis and his team! Luis was very communicative at every step of the process and delivered on all aspects. Every member of his team was very respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day, and we couldn't be happier with all the vendors that Luis suggested. We are very pleased that we found him and his team and he will definitely be the first person we call for our future projects.
