A team with a love of creating functional beauty.
L&K have spent the past 10 years purchasing and renovating homes built between the years of 1918 to 1980. With the appreciation of “old” and the love for “new”, Luis aims to marry any home seamlessly with the inhabitants aesthetic preferences to create a truly beautiful functional space.
Why build new when you can enhance the beauty of the past?
In 2020, Luis decided to expand from purely renovating his own investment properties to helping his neighbors and community members to transform spaces in their homes. The goal is to help your home be a place of peace and happiness via purposeful renovations and/or custom home enhancements (pieces/furniture/finishes).
Luis loves working with a homeowner to advise on how to best leverage their budget to enhance the space.
