Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build custom patios and decks?

Yes. In addition to interior remodeling, we design and build premium outdoor living spaces, including custom patios, decks, and hardscaping tailored to your lifestyle and New England weather.

How long does a typical kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

Timelines vary based on the scope, but our heavy focus on project management means we outline a strict schedule before we start. A standard bathroom may take 3-5 weeks, while full kitchens can take 6-10 weeks.

Can we live in the house during the renovation?

Absolutely. We respect that this is your home first and a job site second. We implement strict dust control, daily clean-ups, and clear communication so your family can live as comfortably as possible during the build.

Do you work with older, historic homes?

Yes, it is one of our specialties. We have over 10 years of experience purchasing and renovating homes built between 1918 and 1980, modernizing their function while preserving their original architectural character.

Do you provide the plumbing and electrical work?

Yes. Instead of dealing with massive corporate giants, we utilize our trusted, local in-house experts and highly vetted licensed tradesmen to execute every technical aspect of your custom renovation.
