Luis and his wife have spent the past 8 years purchasing homes built between the years of 1918 to 1980 and renovating room-by-room to maintain the character of the house style & time period, while marrying today’s function and aesthetic to create a beautiful custom space. Together L&K design and build, to marry the old with the new; modernizing & enhancing existing spaces.

In 2020, Luis expanded from updating and customizing his own homes & investment properties, to helping his neighbors and community members with making spaces in their homes places of peace and happiness. This varies between entire home/room remodels to custom pieces such as furniture, built-ins, and customized features in the home.
